Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed for shipping. All US orders will be shipped via USPS standard mail, Monday-Friday. Delivery time frame is between 3-7 business days from the time post office receives your package (exceptions may apply) . Delivery on orders to non-domestic United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) time frame is 14-17 days via us standard mail (free shipping). USPS PRIORITY MAIL shipping time frame is 3-5 days from the time the post office receives your package, USPS PRIORITY MAIL shipping cost: $45

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy after receiving your order, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return and receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in it’s original packaging with all original components included. You'll also need the proof of purchase such as a receipt or purchase confirmation email.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@shopladyalpha.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include all components (Original Lady Alpha box, nursing cover, travel pouch, fan, fan box, charger cable, fan instructions), then mail your return to the following address.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
